• 4 oz rotini (or pasta of choice)
• 1 oz black pepper Gouda (advent cheese)
• 1 oz parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/2 tsp better than bouillon
• Salt, to taste
• 2 tbsp grated cheddar (for topping)
